Sheriff: Kidnapped boy, 4, found dead in CA canal (AP)

PATTERSON, Calif. – Authorities said weekday they institute the embody of a 4-year-old pupil in a Central Calif. canal, capping the see for the female who was seize from his bag digit weeks ago.
A liquid division worker spotted Juliani Cardenas' embody floating in the Delta-Mendota Canal and called 911 around 7:30 a.m., said Stanislaus County Sheriff cristal Christianson. The man, 27-year-old Jose Rodriguez, is accused of taking Juliani from the boy's bag in Patterson on Jan. 18. A homicide endorse has been issued for Rodriguez, Christianson said.
