Ad company pulls NYC anti-abortion billboard (AP)

NEW YORK – An exterior advertising consort has condemned downbound an anti-abortion sign that pictured a black woman along with the tagline, "The most chanceful locate for an African-American is in the womb."

Some residents had said they found the sign offensive, and members of the black accord were especially outraged by it.

A spokesman for Louisiana-based Lamar Advertising, Hal Kilshaw, said that patch the consort respects the right to freedom of expression, the selection to verify downbound the sign weekday night was for "public safety."
