Obama signs short-term bill staving off shutdown (AP)

WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama has subscribed a short-term outlay calculate to pay for federal operations through Friday.

The measure is the prototypal piece of a past commendation to cut zillions in outlay and avoid the prototypal polity shutdown in 15 years.
