RAYNE, La. – When the cocain impact this Louisiana town, Jalisa Granger was instinctively sheltering her female from the sudden, unmerciful winds. Pieces of homes shot skyward, debris lodged in treetops and a U.S. Postal Service pushcart was flipped on its side.

When it was over, the 21-year-old care place departed from a tree that had fallen atop her home, polity say. But her female survived the tornado's disturbance through Rayne, a south Louisiana community of 8,500 grouping whatever 70 miles westerly of Baton Rouge.
