Judge warns Blagojevich about comments to media (AP)
CHICAGO – The judge in Rod Blagojevich's immorality housing has warned the past Algonquin controller to watch what he says to the media because some of his comments could be utilised against him in the retrial play this week.
A demanding Judge James Zagel prefabricated his comments to Blagojevich's lawyers at a position chance Monday. The retrial is ordered to begin Wednesday.
Prosecutor Reid Schar told Zagel that Blagojevich has lied repeatedly, including by suggesting there'd been a polity try to conceal evidence.
The ordinarily dark Schar upraised his voice as he said he'd same to put Blagojevich on the defence to exhibit "he's a liar" but knows he can't.
Zagel didn't locate a suffer order on Blagojevich but says the defense should study his warning a "red flag."
